Before diving into the world of recruiting and staffing, I spent several years in accounting, working hard but not reaching the level of career fulfillment I truly wanted. The inspiration to create Career Elevation Academy hit me during a life-changing event led by Tony Robbins. Five years ago, I was in an audience of thousands, and something clicked.
