Job Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Human Resources to join their team. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this role plays a critical role in managing key HR functions, while also developing and implementing HR strategies that support the firm’s success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a strong background in HR management, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the firm’s strategic goals and comply with legal requirements.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance standards, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
- Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee the benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the firm’s budget and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources on strategic HR initiatives and provide support in organizational development and change management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and stay updated on HR best practices and trends.
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the firm.
- Design and execute employee engagement surveys and programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the firm’s health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
- Design and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance.
- Lead and manage special HR projects as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
