Our client is a world leader specializing in the sales, distribution, and marketing of motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, outboard motors, and other motorized products across Canada. They are seeking a talented Bilingual Retail Finance Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls for our financial services clients. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer assistance, acting as a brand ambassador, and handling early-stage collection calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages with a customer-centric approach.
  • Address customer requests and record all account maintenance activities in our dedicated system.
  • Complete After Call Work (ACW) tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • Conduct early-stage collection calls to recover outstanding balances.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
  • Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely resolution of accounts.
  • Handle disputes and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines while conducting collection activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive customer relationships.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a financial services call center.

Skills and Abilities
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in following processes.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Team player.
  • Available for a 5-day workweek with varying rotating shifts, including Saturday availability.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
