Our client is a leading provider of software solutions for the fast food restaurant industry in the United States and Canada. Their clients are some of the most well-known names within the food services industry!

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing Account Coordinator to join our client’s fast-paced, ever-evolving Project Management Team.

In this role, you will support the account management team by coordinating marketing projects, collaborating closely with project managers, creatives, and other stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient flow of information while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Work directly with project management, creative teams, and account managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Track progress, monitor workflow, and adjust as priorities shift in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare and format presentations using PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and alignment with branding guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to clarify needs, direction, and expectations.
  • Ask questions and seek clarification when uncertain about project details or direction.
  • Maintain an organized system to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as necessary.
  • Problem-solve issues as they arise, working collaboratively with the team to find solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field or minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of digital content and marketing principles.
  • Basic understanding of the creative and development process.
  • Dedicated, flexible team player who can adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Works well with others and is a collaborative team player.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • High attention to detail in both written and visual content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and eager to contribute to the success of the team.
