Our client is a leading provider of software solutions for the real estate development and construction industry in the United States and Canada. Our client has established an innovative SAAS platform designed to streamline project management, financial reporting, enhance collaboration, and drive efficiency within a developer’s operations.
About the Role
The client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to be a leader within the marketing team and drive the brand forward in this booming market. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for contributing to developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of these software solutions. You will lead a team of marketing professionals to create compelling campaigns, content, and initiatives that resonate with the target audience and drive business growth. Reporting to the Executive Team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of the marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve goals.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Create compelling content, including website copy, social media, ads, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more, to engage our target audience and drive conversions.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the SAAS industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically to drive business results.
- Experience in the real estate development or construction industry is a plus.
