Our client, a premier real estate development firm, is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to enhance their brand’s presence across various digital platforms and help refine sales processes to provide an exceptional sales experience.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who excels in digital marketing, social media management, and customer relationship development. As a key member of this client’s sales and marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving online marketing efforts and streamlining sales processes to achieve key business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Management: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms. Monitor trends and analyze performance to continually improve our online presence.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling marketing materials for online and offline channels, including social media posts, newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Sales Process Enhancement: Work closely with the sales team to refine and elevate the sales process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients from initial contact to sale closure.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients, providing timely and effective solutions to inquiries and feedback.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the real estate industry, using insights to inform marketing strategies and sales approaches.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate events, such as open houses, webinars, and industry conferences, to promote this client’s brand and engage with clients and industry professionals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on marketing campaign performance and sales progress, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and content creation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
